Wrong-Way Driver Arraigned on 2nd Degree Murder Charges

In the News

The wrong-way driver was arraigned in the downtown San Diego Superior Court on Tuesday, April 29, 2014. At that hearing, the prosecution asked for a bail increase from $100,000 to $1,000,000 based on the charges being elevated from felony DUI to 2nd degree murder, even though she was not the driver that killed the decedent.

Thankfully, the judge acknowledged the issues in the prosecution’s case and allowed bail to remain as set.
